Rosetti Marino operates one main construction facility located in Ravenna, one of Italy's leading commercial port on the north Adriatic Sea:

This site is located close to the Piomboni yard and workshop in order to best support the company's needs.
San Vitale Yard
The yard is strategically located in the Ravenna Harbour, a leading commercial port of Italy, and is easily accessible by road, rail and sea.
The site covers 56,500 m2 with 175 m long reinforced quay facing sheltered waters, 180 m long dry-docking facilities and obstruction free access to the Adriatic sea, only 7 km away.
The yard features prefabrication and mechanical workshops, a large assembly hall equipped with overhead cranes up to 50 t, an open erection area served by two 35 t gantry cranes and mobile shelters, plus heated warehousing and office accommodation.
The facility is mainly dedicated to the fabrication of new ships, ranging from harbour and ocean-going tugs to supply vessels and ferryboat. Large pressure vessels and skid mounted equipment are also fabricated here.
