Facilities

The facility is located in the Ravenna harbour,a leading commercial port of Italy, and is easily accessible by road and rail.
It covers 32.700 m2, with 6.800 m2 prefabrication workshops equipped with overhead cranes up to 40 t, NDT facilities and a open storage area served by a 35 t gantry crane.

Equipment available includes CNC cutting benches equipped with oxy-fuelled torch,
roll benders, bending presses, pipe cutting and plate bevelling machines, automatic
boom type welding machine plus a large number of grinders, manual welding machines, lathes, mills and drills.

The facility is mostly dedicated to the rolling of tubulars, and prefabrication of elements to be erected at yard, as well as construction of pressure vessels
The site includes the company's Headquarters.

With its strategic location, excellent facilities and ideal weather condition, is one of the best yard in the Mediterranean for the fabrication of fixed offshore platform, topsides, accommodation modules, subsea systems and heavy steel structures for the Oil & Gas offshore industry.
