Rosetti Marino takes responsibility for entire field development, from front-end studies through detail design and engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembling, hook-up, commissioning and start-up assistance.
Project Management
Rosetti Marino conceives project management as the efficient application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to a broad range of activities targeted to maximise customers' satisfaction.
Rosetti Marino provides modern project management by means of personnel with excellent technical, commercial, financial, estimating, planning, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration skills.
For each project an integrated project team is created to provide clients with a scope of tailor-made services.
Key factors during this phase are:
- Experienced and competent personnel posted to the key positions, especially in the multidisciplinary engineering and the construction management
- A proactive interaction between engineering and construction fostered by integrated in-house resources
- Customised procedures for coordination, project planning, progress monitoring, cost control, material identification and tracing, quality and HSE
- Supply chain management system deep-rooted in the international markets and embedded into the corporate ERP system
- A total quality system accredited to ISO 9001:2008 by LRQA
- An HSE management system in compliance with the most stringent requirements of all hydrocarbon and energy majors and certified to ISO 14001 AND OHSAS 18001 by LRQA.
Engineering
Totalling 150 employees, Rosetti’s staff of design and multidisciplinary engineering is allocated in Ravenna's Engineering Department, in Milan's 100% subsidiary Basis Engineering and in Forlì's 100% subsidiary Fores Engineering.
Rosetti Marino Engineering Dept. has the capability to develop technical documents related to construction and procurement, such as technical specifications, materials lists, fabrication drawings and studies, shop drawings, assembly and erection sequences for special fabrication phases as well as operational manuals and as-built dossiers.
Close in-house integration between Technical Dept. and Yard personnel allows Rosetti to positively treasure the design philosophies of constructability and DFM, thus permitting the safest and fastest execution of works.
At the same time Rosetti Marino Technical Dept. holds an extensive know-how of process engineering, with a remarkable track record in the upstream and midstream gas treatment segment, both with proprietary and licensed technologies.
Basis Engineering vocationally provides development, design and engineering of onshore and offshore hydrocarbon plants and is largely committed to the following activities:
· Site survey for data acquisition
· Process optimisation
· HAZOP and risk assessment
· Environmental improvement
· Conceptual and feasibility studies
· FEED and basic design
· Detail engineering
· Main item technical specification
· Preparation of technical documentation for authorities and tender packages
· Site services during construction, commissioning and start-up
· Preparation of operational, safety and environment manuals
Fores Engineering performs engineering and integration of electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial plants and oil and gas field facilities and provides site supervision during commissioning and start-up.
Its main fields of activity are:
· Process control and automation systems
· Safety shut down systems
· Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
· MV and LV electrical panels
· PLC-, DCS-based and SCADA systems
· Cabins and packages
· Flow metering systems
· Process analyzer systems
· BMS systems and fuel gas treatment
· Power generation units
Each centre operates with the most advanced technological tools.
The extensive use of computer-aided design/engineering (CAD/CAE) applications with 3D modelling for plant design and construction allows easy harmonization of the various disciplines, improves design coordination and supports the implementation of concurrent engineering.
Construction
Rosetti Marino is capable of carrying out large manufactured works for the oil and gas industry weighing up to 10,000 tons, with a marked competence for offshore topsides, modules and jackets. A substantial experience of multidisciplinary works on EPC basis for major oil companies and first-class contractors enabled Rosetti Marino to develop a natural guidance to the optimization of industrial costs without failing to comply with the most stringent quality requirements.
Rosetti's workshops and construction yards are strategically located in Ravenna (Italy), Astrakhan (Russia) and Akshukur (Kazakhstan) to best cater for the Mediterranean and the Caspian offshore markets.
Nevertheless its ability to fabricate high quality and cost-effective products allows Rosetti Marino to increasingly serve other geographic regions further away, such as the North Sea, the West Africa and the Red Sea.
Construction management is one of our distinguishing competence, to such an extent that the Company is more and more frequently invited to provide management and supervision services to external Yards.
All Rosetti’s yards are accredited to ISO 9000:2001 and ASME certifications and comply with multiple industry standards.
