On 8th April,
during the State Visit of Norwegian Royals, Milano hosted the forum ITALIAN –
NORWEGIAN ENERGY DIALOGUE, Solutions for the Future in presence of Tord
Lien, Norwegian Minister of Petroleum and Energy.
Our CEO Oscar Guerra
spoke about the impact of giant projects on the Oil&Gas Sector with a
presentation titled “Problem Solving in Giant Projects Start Up” based
on FPSO Goliat experience.
“ENI NORGE’s GOLIAT FPSO
is the most important Project recently delivered in Norway and reflects the
state of the art in terms of technology in harsh conditions and respect for the
Environment. It is a symbol of possible further cooperation between Norway and
Italy. Apart from ENI, Rosetti Marino is one of the few Italian Companies that
was involved in the Project and our contribution has been highly appreciated by
both final Client and Local Authorities. This is something we are very proud of
and once again I wish to thank and congratulate all the Rosetti People who gave
their strong contribution to the success of GOLIAT FPSO Project.
The Forum has also been the occasion to
open contact with Norwegian companies which can be interested in cooperating
with Rosetti Marino Group of Companies. These opportunities will be further
investigated in the forthcoming months, possibly in a similar Forum to be held
in Norway within the current year.”
Oscar Guerra, CEO
The forum allowed the
sharing of perspectives on the future energy challenges among the top players
in Italian and Norwegian energy field.
During the forum, OMC (Offshore
Mediterranean Conference) and ONS (Offshore Northern Sea) signed an
agreement that will increase the exchange of experience and know-how among
energy companies beyond.
