Human resources are the engine of the company.
The feeling of belonging and professionalism are the characteristics for which the resources of Rosetti Marino stand out.
People are our most important asset. For this reason we have developed a HUMAN RESOURCES EVALUATION AND DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM, with the purpose of evaluating, acknowledging and developing key skills and competences for covered and potential positions alike, in line with the company’s organizational needs.

The SVS uses defined tools to determine strong features and areas in need of improvement, as well as any gaps that may be present, and to fill them thanks to personalized professional advancement pathways that are implemented by means of ad hoc trainings, internally and externally.

With the tools developed by the SVS over the years, we have consolidated these goals:

  • To motivate people by means of the chief-collaborator confrontation, based on the clear sharing of professional goals;
  • To direct and reinforce individual skills in the development of their own jobs, covering the company needs as much as possible;
  • To identify key people and to direct them towards the activities they are more skilled at;
  • To define development plans for the key people, with the purpose of covering company needs;
  • To provide the company administration with a map for the main characteristics of the resources in the company in terms of organizational needs;
  • To periodically evaluate performances regarding the assigned company goals.
