Financial Flow Traceability

The Legge (Law) of 13 August 2010 No. 136, has introduced the obligation of financial flow traceability related to public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts and to public financing concessionaire, included the European ones, in order to prevent criminal infiltrations in the field of enterprises with public contracts.

1. The public contracts which have been drawn up after 7 September 2010, date in which they came into force, and relevant subcontracts of these enterprises, will have to contain special clauses related to obligations of financial flow traceability.

2. Each transaction has to be registered on dedicated current accounts, not just exclusively, to public contracts and has to be effected just through bank and post transfers, that is through appropriate means of allowing the full traceability.

All contract employees/supplier of Rosetti Marino S.p.A., whenever they receive a Purchase Order or a Contract with a CIG Bidding Identifying Code, that is the number of financial traceability belonging to the order for its life) as heading, have to draw up specific documents (see links to the right side of this page) on their own headed notepaper.

The required information in the above-mentioned formats will have to be forwarded to Rosetti Marino on receipt of Purchase/Contract Orders and, if it is necessary, to the contracting station.
Finally we inform you that the requested documents' issue will be a necessary condition in order to guarantee the payments' regularity.
